We all appreciate those micro-bursts of rain that cool us down during our mid-summer rides, as they serve to refresh us while we spin away in the sweltering heat. But, when the weather is already cool, and the rains come pouring down with relentless vigor, we do all we that we’re able to in order to stay dry. Experience has taught us that when we get wet in these fall and winter months, we also get cold. This is why we’re always equipped with a packable rain shell when gloomy weather lurks above, and it’s the same reason that we wrap our feet in Craft’s lightweight Rain Booties. The Rain Booties were constructed with a multi-directional stretch material that’s a blend of both neoprene and nylon. This not only provides moderate insulation from the cold, but it also shields your feet from the wind and rain. Differing from Craft’s insulating Neoprene Booties, the Rain Booties are lighter in weight, they incorporate a touch of nylon, and they feature fully-taped seams for enhanced water protection. Craft also applied KEVLAR-reinforced heel and toe panels for added durability and abrasion resistance. And while many booties present quite the challenge when it comes to installation and removal, Craft designed its Rain Booties to be easily pulled over your shoes and removed via a 3/4 rear zipper. The booties were finished off with silicone grippers at the cuffs and reflective logo prints throughout. The Craft Rain Booties accommodate both road and mountain cleats.
