The Schwinn High Timber 26″ Women’s Mountain Bike is an agile, resilient bike that can be ridden easily on a wide variety of terrain thanks to responsive handling, large tires for stability and a comfortable but athletic riding position.

The 2014 Mission Pro All Mountain 6″ frame is created from 6061-T6 Weapons Grade Aluminum and features Diamondback’s legendary Knuckle Box Suspension technology. The Knuckle Box, or bell crank, is the core of our single-pivot four-bar suspension platform. Optimally placed pivots equate to a low leverage ratio and ultimately to superior pedaling efficiency and small-bump compliance. Where the Mission Pro comes to life is on the descent. A 160mm fork with 36mm stanchions and a 20mm thru axle up front allows the front end to sit slack at a capable 67 degrees. The slacker front end eats obstacles with ease and ads more stability on the descents but doesn’t compromise ones climbing ability. For this application we’ve gone with the Fox 36 Float R air with 160mm of travel open bath w/external rebound, a tapered steerer, 36mm Easton aluminum stanchions and magnesium lowers. In addition to the top notch Fox Suspension, the simple, yet dialed Mission Pro drivetrain is comprised of a Sram XO X-Horizon rear derailleur type 2, X-0 11spd trigger shifters, a SRAM XO 11spd Cassette (10-42t) which keep the bike shifting throughout the ride. Supreme stopping power is supplied via the AVID XO Trail 4 piston Hydraulic disc brakes (200mm front/180mm rear), which are anchored to the EASTON Haven 26″ clincher wheelset. The true definition of today’s “mountain bike,” the 2014 Mission Pro is everything you’re looking for-in one bike.
