Please delete all the connection on your phone and turn off bluetooth first. Turn your headphones off and then when you turn it on, just hold it for 8 seconds until it enters pairing mode. Hold the button until it starts blinking red and blue. It is in pairing mode. Turn on bluetooth on your phone and finish connection.

1. The wire connected the sensor and the bracket can be as long as 80cm, it’s long enough for your use. And the distance between the transmitter and magnet not more than 1.5mm
